Tier 1 - 5% up to annual cap - 1 + producing agent - $4000

Tier 2 - 4% up to annual cap - 10 + producing agent - $3200

Tier 3 - 3% up to annual cap - 15 + producing agent -$2400

Tier 4 - 2% up to annual cap - 20 + producing agent - $1600

Tier 5 - 1% up to annual cap - 25 + producing agent - $800

 

Example: If you refer 6 agents to REAL and they all hit their $12,000 cap, you'd make an extra $24,000 ($4,000 X 6) that year. Now let's say two of the agents you refer also refer two more agents each. Those 4 new agents are now tier 2 agents in your downline. Let's say they also cap, you'd make an extra $12,800 ($3,200 X 4) on top of your $24,000 for a total of $36,800 for the year.
